Conditions of Sale & Return Policy

-We reserve the right to change any service, product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. All sizes are approximate.

 

-We cannot guarantee that colors of the product shown on our website are accurate as colors from monitor to monitor might vary.

We reserve the right to revise any stated offer and to correct any errors or omissions throughout the website at any time even after an order has been placed.

 

-We reserve the right to reject any order that is placed with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the email address you gave us when you placed the order. In this case we shall refund your money in total within 2 weeks from the date the amount reaches our account.

 

-Freight charge is additional for every order and shall be indicated upon checkout. Shipping charge is calculated based on the weight and destination of the purchased item/s.

 

-Upon delivery, if the product has a new damage that is visible, this must be reported directly to the driver. Thereafter the damage must be reported to Decades’ customer service within 48 hours by sending an email to info@decadesgallery.com. Please attach supportive pictures of the damage. Always save the packing for possible claims against the shipping agent. All claims of damage upon delivery made after 48 hours of delivery will be denied.

 

-We will have the right to debit the cost price of any missing part if the returned item is incomplete.

 

-As all our products are antiques and used items we do not claim to sell brand new items. All our products have visible marks of age and usage. Each product sold over our website has enough images to show its actual condition. By clicking on "Proceed to Checkout" purchaser agrees on buying a used product.

 

-All our products are sold as is. We cannot guarantee that they are in working condition. We try to describe the product as much as possible. Some of our products are specialty items and require some expertise to operate them. We do not claim that we have the knowledge to operate similar products. 

 

-If you place an order of any of the “available in stock” items and that particular item gets temporarily out of stock, you will be given the choice to either wait until the item becomes available or to get a refund. The refund will be made two weeks after receiving the order using the same payment method used when placing the order.

 

Payment Options

We do accept Credit Card and PayPal payments. For customers living inside the UAE, Cash on Delivery or payment through wire transfer to our bank account is acceptable. Please contact us at info@decadesgallery.com for payment options.

 

Warranty

As all our products are antiques and used items, we do not offer any warranty on any item. Items are sold as is. We try to put as much pictures as possible. customers are free to ask for additional pictures and we will try to provide them with the same at the soonest possible.
